As a licensed competitor, I have also gained competitive experience, so I warmly welcome those who have such plans. During my teenage years, I struggled with weight issues. I was both overweight and underweight, so I know the path to achieving a healthy body from both sides. At that time, I decided that I wanted to work in personal training to provide support and assistance to others in establishing a healthy lifestyle, so they do not make the same mistakes I did in the past.
