With minor interruptions, sports have been a part of my life since childhood.
Eight years ago, I stepped into the world of gyms; alongside sitting work, I really missed movement, and of course, I wanted to get in shape.
It went so well that my hobby became my passion.
Nowadays, I can't imagine my days without training.
I saw my profession and motivation in the fact that I can not only shape myself but also help others.
