Sports is my life. In competitive sports (football, futsal, table tennis), as well as in my previous years of working as a futsal coach with children, I learned how to convey knowledge clearly, motivatingly, and in a personable way. I combine this experience with a solid professional background in my training sessions.

Thanks to my studies as a sports mental trainer, I understand the mental processes behind your performance. I know that often the biggest battles take place not under the weights, but in the mind. It is important to me to bring out the best in you even on your tougher days. For me, professional thoroughness is paired with human attention.

As a personal trainer, my most important goal is for my clients to find joy in movement. For me, hard work and a good atmosphere go hand in hand. I help ensure that movement is not a necessary evil, but a source of joy. Our goal is not just muscle building, but creating a physique that serves you in everyday life.

My training sessions are conducted with a functional approach. Whatever your goal may be: muscle building, weight loss, endurance improvement, or mobilization, we develop a personalized training plan tailored to the goals of each of my clients.
