As a young girl, I faced a lot of bullying because of my weight. For a long time, I felt that I wasn't good enough, so I constantly wanted to meet others' expectations.
In half a year, I lost 20 kg.
But it came at a great cost… I lost myself, my femininity, my smile. That's when I understood that chasing extremes and perfection does not lead to true happiness.
Today, I live with a completely different mindset.
My goal is not perfection, but health, balance, and authenticity.
For me, exercising is no longer punishment or obligation, but rejuvenation. A time I do for myself. I have learned to pay attention to my body's signals, to eat more consciously, and to accept that every progress requires time and patience.
This journey has led me to want to help others as well. I know how hard it is to get started, what it feels like to feel lost, or when you have no motivation.
For me, not only is exercise important, but also providing real support, attention, and understanding.
