My passion for sports
From 2008 to 2019, I competed in kayaking, which strengthened me not only physically but also mentally. For 3 years, thanks to my perseverance, I was able to stand on the highest podium.. It has been proven to me that if we set a goal, we can achieve it with persistent work.
My passion for sports has since been a defining part of my life. In 2019, I decided to face new challenges. I resolved to consciously build my muscles, paying attention to nutrition, the use of dietary supplements, and the healthy balance of all these.
I worked in logistics for four years, so I know exactly what challenges come with maintaining a healthy lifestyle alongside work and daily stress. Nevertheless, I managed to achieve it.
