I believe that the desire for development is within everyone, and we are capable of change if we truly want it. For me, sports is not just a hobby, but a lifestyle that has been part of my daily life since I was 5 years old.

Initially, I found myself in the world of football. This not only meant developing my technical skills with the ball but also those fundamental abilities that still form the basis of my work today: coordination, endurance, and fitness.

After 13 years of competitive football, I sought new challenges, which I found in weight training at the gym and healthy eating. I graduated in 2018 from the sports department of Vörösmarty Mihály High School, and then in 2022 I obtained the IFBB International Coaching Diploma.

My goal is to share my experiences gained in sports and the knowledge acquired during my studies with you and help you in your development. I believe that everyone has their own path, and with the right guidance, anyone can achieve their goals.

I know that the initial steps are always the hardest, but together we will find the kind of movement and lifestyle that helps you feel better in your skin. The first step is always the most important, and with every subsequent step, you can get closer to your goals.
