I start my introduction with a life-changing moment for me:
25 years ago, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. At that moment, I decided that I would not neglect my body and my
health. Thanks to this, regular exercise has been an important part of my life since I was 16 years old.
Since 2010, I have gained a lot of experience as a personal trainer. I believe that regular movement can work wonders for your body, your soul, and your health.
