Over the years, I have tried myself in many sports. I played football, kayaked, played tennis, and practiced martial arts. In addition, I started weight training, where I found myself, and it's been more than 4 years now. From my own experience, I know what it feels like when you are not satisfied with yourself, so I easily understand if you want to make a change and are ready to take action for it.
